We answer your questions
Purchase
How long do I have a warranty on my purchase?
You have a 6-month guarantee on all items purchased from the time you place your order.
However, we would like to point out that not everything is covered by the guarantee. For example, shrinkage of up to 10% is normal. Furthermore, this does not include damage caused by external influences, such as tears in the fabric caused by your own fault or pilling caused by backpacks.
In addition, the warranty period is 2 years from the date of your order. This means that we are obliged to replace items that arrive damaged within this period.
