How does the return work at NOORLYS?

We have decided to completely dispense with paper for our shipments and have therefore mapped our returns management completely digitally for you.

We have summarized here how you register your return with us and receive your parcel label :

  • After your purchase you received an order confirmation via e-mail . Here you will find the link to our returns portal and your order number.
    Alternatively, you can find the link to our portal:
  • Now please enter your order number and your e-mail address (the e-mail address from which you ordered) so that we can allocate your shipment.
  • Please select the item you would like to return.
  • Please enter a reason for your return. With this you help us to make our NOORLYS products better and better.
  • Now you can choose whether you want to exchange the item , receive a shop credit, or we should refund you the money .
    ⇨ If the size is not available for an exchange, it will be crossed out in the exchange process and an exchange is not possible.
    If you want to exchange for a completely different item, we recommend that you choose the "Shop credit" option as a refund. We cannot present such an exchange otherwise.

  • Now you can print out your DHL label or save your QR code . This will also be sent to you again by email.
  • congratulations ! Your return has now been registered with us and you can send it to us.
  • As soon as your return has been processed by us, your exchange will be sent, your voucher code for the shop credit will be created, or your money will be refunded.

If you have any problems with this process, you can contact us at any time. The best thing to do is to send us an email to , then we can send you a package sticker right away and register your return for you.

We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. It should therefore be processed two to three days after arrival at our warehouse.
